Sunday, May 28th (1916), Oscar Johnson, who lived north of Lowry, died at the Starbuck hospital. He had been ailing for a few months and as a last resort underwent an operation in an effort to seek relief. He leaves a wife and three small boys to mourn his death; also his aged father, Magnus Johnson, who survives him. The sympathy of a large circle of friends is extended to the bereaved.
